Claudia has focused her practice in Non-Renewable Natural Resources, especially in providing legal services to multinational mining companies. She has participated in the defense of mining rights that have been threatened by lawsuits of protection actions, has prepared amicus curiae briefs for the protection of mining rights against possible popular consultations, among others. Claudia also has experience in the development of mining royalty agreements and in the financing of mining projects. She has also participated in M&A processes of foreign companies with mining projects in Ecuador. Additionally, Claudia has experience in the development of new non-conventional renewable energy projects.
