Claudia is an Associate of the Firm, with more than five years of experience in corporate law, labor law and real estate law.
Claudia advises clients on structuring and restructuring processes of national and foreign companies, corporate acts, preparation and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts, as well as compliance with their obligations before the different Control Authorities.
She has participated in advising on several real estate projects that includes the definition of the corporate model, structuring of contracts, obtaining permits, preparation of regulations and accompaniment in the daily operation of the project.
