During his academic training and work experience, Santiago has worked on important projects, standing out as an active participant in the creation of the Financial & Corporate Enclave at the University of Azuay, which is currently under development. Santiago constantly seeks to expand his knowledge and skills in Financial and Corporate Law, with the aim of advising clients on national and international transactions, business structuring and restructuring, corporate processes, and Due Diligence procedures.
