He has advised many national and foreign companies and institutions, from the strictly professional field to union representation in various fields. It represents several companies of various kinds and entities dedicated to environmental conservation. He has participated in interesting real estate development projects, and in important cases of asset structuring for family groups, as well as conservation and environmental services projects.
Based on his knowledge in different areas, he has advised various unions in the country on the structuring and definition of laws and regulations, especially in the agricultural sector.
Mauricio is a conciliatory lawyer who seeks to resolve conflicts and complex situations through dialogue and the generation of beneficial structures for all parties, which has generated significant prestige in the field.
He has been President of the Chamber of Agriculture of the I Zone, of the Federation of Chambers of Agriculture of Ecuador and Vice President of the Council of Chambers and Production Associations of Ecuador. He has been a professor of Economic Law at the University of the Americas and an advisor and member of various boards of directors of national and foreign companies. He has also been a member of the Ethics Committee of the Hospital de los Valles.
