During his professional career Roque Javier has provided advice in various areas of law to national and multinational companies, standing out for his practice in criminal litigation, defending various individuals and legal entities in complex criminal proceedings. He has obtained ratifying rulings of innocence for clients unjustly criminally prosecuted, files of previous investigations in the Attorney General’s Office and comprehensive reparations of violated rights for victims of crimes sanctioned under Ecuadorian law.
He has also practiced in the field of dispute resolution, participating in several civil, arbitration and constitutional trials.
In addition, he continuously supports several mining and oil companies in their day to day business, providing them with permanent advice, in all areas of law.
